PARTICIPANT must  understand working in Australia need  such as:-

a) Mental & their healthy  are ready, willing & persistence for hard working

b) Have a strength for physical work (tired, carry some  heavy thing etc.)

c) Have High discipline

d) Willing to do themselves and not expect helps from others (working, washing etc.)

e) Must know how to carry themselves in the association /Contractor

f) They should  take  opportunity to advance themselves.

g) The owner of the farm or representatives will always  observe employees working except  when the employees has know what to  do.
